I have been dying to get online to my wordpress blog and its having some login problem these days which at first gave me a doubt that Umair ajmal of takatu could have hacked my blog as he had already hacked my other blogspot blog of www.mybuitems.blogspot.com to find out the chipkali of buitems then i found that wordpress was having some problems in the login and that my pc windows were also corrupt.

I planned much of how to kill umair if  he really had hacked my blog , Infact i was even thinking of the weapons to use, A knife ! Nay that will take time. A gun ! Nay ! that makes too much noise. What about a Pistol ! Yeah thats appropriate.  But since i am logged in now. I m sparing his life lolzzzz. And let me tell everybody, that even if they hack my wordpress blog there is no way that they could ever find out who i am ! !!!!…..So ur wasting ur time guys….

Offtopic , but i have heard much about me , i mean chipkali these days. Many still doesnt know either i am a girl or boy! . Guys for God sake . “I am a girl …..GIRLLLL….LARRRKIIII…..PYARIII  SI  LARRKIIII”. I write about buitems because i sudy there and spend much of time wasting there. And i have found this good way of communicating and expressing myself through this blog. So am BLOGGING!!! . Some girls have been trying to find me . And they have been asking other girls about me. . But dont worry i wont reveal my identity ever . I honestly feel better anonymous. Many teachers too know me now. And i have found them appreciating me and my blog.  Acha! ab loog meri tareef kar rahay hay ! May hawa may uru kiya ?lolz

“Sir when there is no proof of embezzlement, why are those false paragraphs on my Audit report”? Inquired my father; from Mr. Ahmed Khan Lashari, the audit officer. It was August, 2002.”Sir jee! Sirf duaaun se kaam nahi chalta, aap 80,000 arrange karlen sab saaf kardengay”, Wryly smiling on my father’s question and I watched him with a strange eye though the matter was not that strange for him.

 

Soon after my Intermediate, I without in the knowledge of my elders appeared for a post in a paramilitary organization. Despite being on the top slot on the merit list, a referral of a Senator from sindh took my place and the Chairman declared his helplessness in a very defensive way. I only could afford a grin on my face in response.

 

This occurrence is what almost all of our youth goes through in the hot pursuit of their Careers or professional studies. Referral of influential persons or having some good amount in kitty to compete the meritorious individuals and ending up on a step above than them is a pattern, well pronounced. It is not considered a pity thing to pay huge sums of money as per the nature and reach of the employment for almost all of the non-commissioned or departmental exams to fill in the vacant posts from the masses. Sometimes the jobs are advertised just to fill the files’ stomach and the pre-selection is taken after the list goes through the Chief Minister’s table or if the Governor has to annex a letter from his behalf to somebody’s interest. On the lower levels, the telephone calls from high officials would work a great deal and if again someone is unable to approach any biggie, than as a last resort, has to pay a fixed amount for a job to make sure that the selection is made transparent in terms of corruption.

 

In the Public Service Commission, it is a very upright method until the written examinations and without being sarcastic helps the actual merit to propel upfront. On the interviews, the coin of the candidate with good referees sparks doubtlessly with some meritorious students who get selected just because they have cleared the exams with flying colors and are compelled to be baptized as the fittest. This encourages me at least but not those who also deserve to be there in the makings for sure. CSS examinations can be trusted to an extent to be corruption free because of the fool-proof selection procedure.

 

This world of competition requires the fittest for sure to stay survived. In private organizations, the fittest survives without a second thought. The asking time not only requires a person to be skilled, but mentally strong and smart enough to tackle with the fluctuations of the work. The moment you get slackened, many others are ready to take your position. This proficiency can be achieved provided a person loves his work and knows to value it. Still in the induction process, there is much X factor which can be bulls-eye in your interest. But again in my last workplace, if I weren’t the known guy of the Human Resource Development Manager, my quick promotion would not be possible.

 

In Pakistan, one has to bear in mind that in any path of his/her life, he/she would be seriously mistreated. What message I want to get interpreted here that there is always a seat of merit for all of you. Yes, for all of you. If the searching of our scruples about our destination is cleared in our minds, then a ritual failure should never distress us. Corruption has a limit too. Though the “Sifarishis” have very good chances to make that but still they can never meet the standard of a deserving candidate. And being very positive, they (organization) want you to serve them if you are competent and once you make your own place, then you are there to develop and progress in rather quick successions. It is only the matter of believing in you amidst the setbacks and strenuous struggle…

I heared this poetry in the form of  a beautiful song , sang by Nashenas. Since then (3 years back) i got madly in love with it. Finally, a good friend told me about the writer who wrote this poetry. And that turned out to be Abdul bari jahani….

I will making a New Pashto Page in my blog among the others pages. Since my passion towards learning pashtu/pashto is rapidly increasing so i need to make a seperate space for it in my blog . Thank to some good friends who informed me that there is a shop where i can easily find some good pashto books or else i was thinking that i wont be able to go for pashto with the same zeal as i have today becoz of the lack of material i wanted to for it.  

 

Shuk ye wa usko ta gumnama gori

Agha katu ki chi ranzuna nawi

Pur speena ghara badi tori churii

Ta tawaydala zangaydala nasi

Nor badi uski malgalari nawi

Naz badi hum shuk nazawalai nasi

In the memory of a broken dream of Chipkali. I die , i die and i die tonite….

 

There is a song sang by khaliq aziz whose lyrics are sort of like this:

“Ma darta tol umar da gulonu shar wayalai dai

kala me pairzo way par bombmunu KHANDAHARA”

It means that ” I have called you the city of flowers how can i bear you with these bombs KHANDAHAR”. As every anari even knows that Khandahar is the city of Afghanistan. Alot of citizens of Afghanistan who on open visa went abroad during the Russian war which was almost of 30 years long,that turned Afghanistan into nothing but a barren land, only then did these persian and pashtoons knew how it is to be called Muhajir. Also during the Taliban regime in afghanistan many of the musicians ran away. Khaliq aziz is one of the musician who is currently abroad and has sang one of the most painful song that makes every afghan burst into tears. One does not know that feeling of FREEDOM until it gone . This time i think Balochistan should be in these lyrics instead of khandahar which is currently being developed by the United states. Because the situation I can see in and around balochistan is almost the same as that of khandahar and kabul during Taliban regime. I only find Pashtunkhuwa and BSO or probably some other parties. Dividing themselves. And being happy and celebrating if any baloch or pathan or punjabi is murdered. IF only these stupid, illiterate people could realise the smell of freedom. They would be never looked at what cast or creed they belong to but what and how could their Balochistan and this whole Pakistan be saved from these financial crisis. And not just financial. Pakistan has a downfall in everythg. Named with nothing but the word of Terorist nation …

Offtopic, i am currently living a full time hectic life . Since i m going through different phases of educating myself more and more. Offcourse i know at my age people think they can conquer the world but i probably dont think like that and one thing that i am sure about is that i am not educationg myself for a degree so that i could proudly announce my qualification infront of individual waiting for a WAH WAH from them but instead i am making myself more wiser. I dont wana do “BAYMANI” with my ownself. It will benefit me only in this world like namaz and Quran does for the eternal world. Because taking out the papers and cheating and ratafication will only make of proud of being a “Fraudi”. And i feel better being called a CHIPKALI rather a FRAUDI! ….

Reading and writing Pashto is on the go! What , how and who Khushal khan khattak is ,would be my first assignment to do. Lets see how good i am at my commitments.

Like as every Urdu debator ends up with a urdu poetry. I end my blog today with a pashtu couplet of Khushal khan khattak.

Anonymous Pashto Couplets

Landay are those national couplets in Pashto whose authors are unkown. They can, therefore, be called mirrors which reflect the sentiments and passions of every sensitive pashtoon man and woman.

These couplets are sung and enjoyed among lofty mountains, verdant valleys, vast deserts and sylvan sorroundings, in villages and towns, by the side of the cascading waterfall and the humble nomadic tent, on the sheperd’s flute and the orchard-keeper’s reedpipe, in short in every corner of the land of the Pashtoons.

 

These are some of my favourite couplets i found form the internet and wrote in my diary 

 

 

 

Pashtu Landay (couplets)

 

Translation:

1)Za da sparli tar gula taza wam, Sta pa beltoon kshi laka para jaara swam

I used to be more fresh than spring blossoms, O Beloved!
But your separation has turned me yellow like an autumn leaf.

2) Da mazdigar jarai lamara, pa roghu wai da ranzoro salamuna

O pale sun of the sunset,
Convey the greetings of the sick to the healthy.

3) Ghum de kameez na dai che zor shi,zama da umar sara sam shuway sta ghumuna

The grief you inflicted on me is not like a shirt to turn into rags,
I recall it bothering me since the early days of my blooming period.

4) Ashna pa toku na pohaygi, ma pa khuwaro zulfu wahi,maravar shu na

My beloved has no sense of humour;
I struck him with my locks and lo, he is offended.
